Nowadays, a PADI Instructor qualification is more transportable than a degree – and it has the additional benefit of being recognised world-wide in over 183 countries in which PADI has established over 6200 Dive Centres or Resorts.
Our graduates from the New Zealand Sea Adventures Instructor Development Centre are in training situations in New Zealand, the South Pacific, Australia, Canada, the United States, Caribbean, Europe – in fact many of the 183 countries! A few of our Instructors have been fortunate to be accepted as dive instructors on cruise liners.
See “Read More” below where I outline the Instructor Development Course (IDC) and Instructor Examination (IE). I also identify the IDC Pre-requisites and pre-IDC study that has proven to be so important in ensuring IDC candidates have the required academic and skill levels to successfully pass an IE the first time. If you would like to attend a pre-IDC study weekend with us please let me know.
Please read the information and call me back so that I can start to schedule your exciting entry into the professional world as a PADI Open Water diving Instructor.
