NZ Sea Adventures agrees items that do not meet these standards will be replaced at no cost to the client:

1. Be free from defects
2. Be fit for the particular purpose as described on the website.
3. Match the description given on the website or described by the sales person.
4. Match the price (including freight) stated on the website.

Item(s) must first be returned for verification it/they fail to meet the standards described.

Exchange

NZ Sea Adventures agrees to exchange an item within 10 days of delivery provided:

• The item has not been used or damaged
• The client pays any price difference prior to shipping
• The client accepts all freight charges at their expense

Gift Card
