Using the correct drysuit features and undergarments means you can stay warm in any climate.  With an adjustable layer of air and thermal layer/s between the diver and external layer of a drysuit you can achieve any level of protection and warmth.  Some people prefer diving their drysuit so much to the point they will wear fewer thermal layers in warmer waters just to dive dry!
